Okay, small rant but why is it so rare for stuff to actually show up in good condition? This box came in looking neat, no weird dents or smashed corners, and everything inside was totally safe. Like, thank you for doing the bare minimum correctly — but also, genuinely appreciated

Tried modgadget.com for the first time and it was just easy to use. The pages loaded fine, I found what I needed without digging through a bunch of menus, and it didn’t feel like the site was trying too hard with shiny marketing talk.
Checkout was simple too, no odd steps or confusing prompts. I’m usually a bit skeptical when companies make everything sound overly polished, so it was nice that this just worked without making a big production out of it.

I was going to place an order. Got all the way to the payment page, then just... stopped. Something about it didn’t feel right. I couldn’t really find clear security info, or anything that made me feel good about entering my card. Maybe it’s totally fine, I don’t know. But I got nervous and backed out. The checkout really needs to look more trustworthy

They did eventually fix my issue, so I’ll give them that, but the whole support process was frustrating. Replies took longer than I expected, and I had to explain the same problem more than once, which got old fast. it made me wonder if I should’ve gone with something else...

I really wanted this controller to work out, but it’s been a hassle. The buttons have a noticeable delay (which gets annoying fast), and it keeps disconnecting in the middle of games. Not exactly ideal when you’re trying to actually play...
